Loving All the Snow
I'm not afraid to say that I do enjoy winter (until February) but it's that much better when you get as much snow as we've had this year. After the first major snowfall I took the kids out hunting for a good sledding spot which we fortunately did discover. It was hard to convince Wyatt that we needed to start heading home but once he realized he couldn't stay sledding he was suddenly SO tired and SO hungry that he couldn't make the trek without alerting the neighborhood of his displeasure. If any neighbors in Stonegate are reading this, I apologize for making you listen to that...

Family Christmas 1 of 3
We are very blessed to have such wonderful family to share the holidays with us which we will in the next few days. However, we did our own little family gift opening early since we like to spend this time in our own home (plus we didn't see the need to haul all the stuff all the way north, just to bring it back again). So here is a few shots of the munchkins getting into their gift opening groove.

The "H" Family
The "H" family are good friends of ours and I was honored to get to take some family photos for them. It was a very chilly Sunday but they were all troopers to head out into the frigid weather for a few shots. Thanks for the great day guys!

Wintry Day At the Day's
The kids have been loving the snow that we've been blessed with lately and have shown some tough skin to the cold weather. The light sure is enchanting so late in the year I couldn't resist hauling the camera into the freeze.

Wyatt's Sunday School
I got to photograph Kid's Ministries at Airdrie Alliance Church and I caught a few pictures of my own munchkin being so angelic. He may be headed for the Oscars one day.

Mr. Maddox
I was so honored to photograph this sweet newborn. He arrived early but I was fortunate to have snuck in his mama's maternity shoot the very day he was on his way. The time I spent shooting he was a perfect boy, sleeping and being very moveable. He was also kind enough to christen a few of my props! It sure made for a fun afternoon, thanks again to mom & dad for allowing me in!

Just In Time!
I am very thankful that I was able to photograph Susan's maternity session since young Maddox arrived the day after. He was so anxious to meet Mom & Dad that he came 3 weeks early! Congratulations guys, and enjoy the sneak peek.

Trick-or-Treat
I have been very excited to dress up my two bundles for Halloween and I couldn't wait all day Saturday to finally get ready. They turned out pretty darn cute I'd say.

Dennis & Sally's Wedding
The day of Dennis & Sally's wedding they were calling for 1mm of rain but as I hit the city on my way to Sally's hotel there had to have been 5cm of snow already fallen. Fortunately there were no incidents that day for those involved with the wedding and I was thankful to be driving a vehicle with AWD! It turned out to be a chilly but beautiful day, and I fully enjoyed my time with these two and their fantastic wedding party. We were all a little soggy at the end of it but it was completely worth it!
Wedding party had a few shots before photos.
